All Gamma Two robots are designed around the biologically inspired Cybernetic Brain, which provides the robots with the ability to function in the complex, uncertain, and dynamic world that we inhabit. Unlike an industrial or laboratory robot, these robots have been designed from the ground up to work in the real world, where things don't always go as planned, where kids leave jackets on the floor, or where the newspaper may have been left on the coffee table.
Rather than blindly following through with a pre-programmed sequence, our robots are constantly monitoring the environment and mapping their sensor data into symbolic representations. This enables them to realize that something unexpected has occurred and adapt their plans - just as you would.

The BSL (Basic Service level) robots are designed to provide general mobility assistance around the home or office. While they are not equiped with manipulators, they provide a stable flat surface that can be used to transport everyday items from one room to another. Known as "Basil" these robots utilize a comfortable voice command system, and can accept instructions in simple, everyday English. They also respond verbally, from a pleasant "What do you want me to do?", to confirming your instructions before carrying them out; "Are you sure that you want me to go to the kitchen?" Relying extensively on the capabilities of the Cybernetic Brain, the BSL series robots are as capable at serving food at parties, as they are at carrying the laundry basket to the bedroom. |
Gamma Rwo robots provide a powerful adjunct to traditional security services.
Since they are autonomous, they can be assigned to handle tasks which dull, routine, and extended.
Their Cybernetic Brains never get bored, lose focus, or get distracted.
Since they maintain instantaneous electronic contact with your central station, they can reliably notify the team whenever something out of the ordinary occurs. Like a human guard, they maintain a 'mental model' of the state of the environment during their last pass, and can compare this with the current state - alerting a human if things change in areas that are supposed to be un-occupied. |
